Billy Simms is an artist and educator. He has an MFA in Studio Art from Miami University, an MS in Special Education from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Theatrical Scenic and Lighting Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He lives with his wife and four cats.
